Homemade taco seasoning is super easy to make, AND there’s no MSG! I use it in my Creamy Mexican Chicken, Taco Soup, and lots of other stuff that I throw together when I wait until the last minute to make supper.

What you need:

  • 1/2 cup chili powder
  • 1/4 cup onion powder
  • 1/8 cup ground cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon salt

What to do:

Put it all in a jar and shake it up!

I add 2-3 Tablespoons to my meat while it’s cooking. Or to the soup when I put it in the crock. I’d guess 3-4 Tablespoons is equal to a store bought package of seasoning.
